Add StatusLabel

Peter Albrecht requested to merge feature/StatusLabel into master

Add the StatusLabel previously found in skills gui (RobotAPI). This widget is already used in the skills gui. Adding the widget to ArmarXGui, we can make it available to all GUIs.
