h2t/playground/bundle_sdf: Fix Module Dependencies

To be able to install BundleSDF (https://git.h2t.iar.kit.edu/sw/external/BundleSDF and https://github.com/NVlabs/BundleSDF) using an axii module, a few changes have to be made across different modules.
