Missing dependencies for teb_local_planner

h2t/human_aware_navigation/teb_local_planner only has a dependency on ros/melodic which does not include all necessary packages.

The missing packages I found were:

  • ros-melodic-base-local-planner
  • ros-melodic-costmap-converter
  • ros-melodic-mbf-costmap-core
  • ros-melodic-mbf-msgs
  • ros-melodic-tf2-eigen
  • ros-melodic-libg2o

These packages are also missing from some lab pcs. E.g ros-melodic-base-local-planner is present on i61pc082 but is not installed on i61pc091 or i61pc101.
