Add ccache to the default workspace
It doesnt make a lot of sense to build the default armarx workspace without ccache. I suggest that axii ws add tools/ccache/default is ether mentioned in the readme as a optional step in the Quick Start section before people attemt their first build. Alternativly it could also make sense to just add it to the default workspace.
