statechart - custom context menu

about: Add custom context menu for the statechart

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently right clicking in the state chart only deleted. With this a context menu will come up and give different options on what to do depending on what is clicked on.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. RC on empty space -> (center view | insert splitter | insert synchronizer)
2. RC on line -> (delete | go to start | go to end | focus)
3. RC on node -> (delete | duplicate | edit details | open in new tab | focus)
4. RC on port / parameter -> (delete | edit value | edit details | focus)
