typeguard dependency conflict

Bug Summary

One of the dependencies of armarest depends on a higher version of typeguard. Pip cannot resolve this conflict.

Steps to reproduce

Run armarest prepare or manually install the requirements with pip.

Proposed Resolution

Increase typeguard version requirement for armarest.
