Not all config work with installed ArmarX packages

Some generated files contain absolute paths to the build dir, which is wrong for installations, e.g. icegrid_registry.cfg.in contains @PACKAGE_CONFIG_DIR@, which is static after cmake'ing.

One possible solution could be to generate the config files into all packages.
